Winter has got me down! Several mornings I have set the alarm and tried to get up only to find my morning be spent calling for two hour delays or cancellations. Late nights and sickness in the house have made regular work out times very difficult. The holidays have kick me in the rear end. By the way, what is up with all the new faces in the gym. Prior to Christmas it was hmmm... which machine should I use today? Now, it's more like which machine is available.

You CAN do this Greg! I can relate with you on feeling like the holidays kicked you in the rear end....this darn bronchitis kicked me hard! :( I'm probably not trying as hard as I can to be disciplined with my eating to compensate for not being able to do as much in the gym...guess I'd better step it up, be truthful with myself and kick it back! :) You definitely aren't alone in this, btw! :)
